A quiet backwater (due to lack of tube) in west London, but with good green space access (Thames path, Gunnersbury, Osterley and even Richmond Parks). Kew Gardens are a short walk away, over [Kew Bridge]? - regular users can buy an annual pass. Overground rail link into Waterloo. Other housing stock is mainly victorian terraces and council flats.
