When entering this pub, I was struck by how there are three quarters of the bar to order from, and three quarters of the pub is usable space. I wonder if this was some pub architect's joke at Fuller's expense, based on the name of the pub.

The pub is a cozy affair, with all amenities on the ground floor apart from the loos (there is a disabled loo on the ground floor) - generally suitable for after work drinking if you work in the area.

The ceiling is quite high, with chandeliers, and the odd noose to fit in with the pub theme.

There were laminated food menus on the tables, which stretched belief. The evening menu comprises chips, nachos, more chips or onion rings. And they have the audacity to laminate the menus!

My verdict (IvorW): Move on to the next pub. There is no reason to stay here. If you want a characterful Fuller's pub, try the Banker, or the [Swan]?, both of which are both quite close by. If you want something larger, with a function room, try the Counting House.
