Greenwich Market

  • Opening Hours: Saturday and Sunday 9:00am till 5:00pm. Also some weekdays.

Greenwich Market is an Arts and Crafts Market on Saturdays and Sundays. I believe during the week it may concentrate on food.

The stall holders generally produce and sell their own goods, and there is an excellent range from the ubiquitous hand made jewelery to insects set in keyrings.

There is also food to be had, and the occasional live entertainer (although, being on Hospital grounds, live music is officially frowned upon). All in all it makes for a grand day out, together with a trip to the nearby antiques markets and a stroll with the squirrels in the Park.
