This is part of a fairly small chain with several branches across London. I'm not sure whether the food selection is exactly the same in each branch. The High Holborn branch at least does a range of sandwiches, wraps, sushi, salads, noodle dishes, soup and coffee. It's all pre-made, not on-demand, but this place is so popular at lunchtime that this is a good thing.

There's a wrap with hummous and veggies that seems to be vegan.

The veggie sushi is vegan (from reading the ingredients anyhow), and costs 3.25 for three big pieces and ten small; better value than Pret-a-Manger. The rice on the inside-out rolls gets a little hard by lunchtime, though it's fine for breakfast. And there's possibly a little too much reliance on cucumber, though there are several different types of roll (pickle; cucumber; avocado; red pepper; cucumber and avocado inside-out roll with sesame seeds; cucumber and a very tiny piece of very well-flavoured tofu in an inside-out roll with chives).

They make one or two different soups every day; there are blackboards to tell you which, and they also label them as to whether they contain meat and/or dairy products. The soup schedule is available on their website (along with a windows task bar app that will tell you what the menu is each day), and changes with the seasons. The soups never seem to be available until later than at least mid-morning, so they're probably making them from scratch (they claim that they do on their website --Billy). They come in large (450ml, 2.55) and small (1.85) sizes. I've heard several people say that the soup here is very good. I've only tried the Broccoli and Spinach one, which is nice, if a little too salty. (It's vegetarian and non-dairy, so I'm guessing it's vegan, but I've emailed them to check).
