Cyber Buffs is a cosy internet cafe located within Video Buffs, a video store on Leytonstone High Road. Terminals are available in the store itself, but mainly in the back room, where there are 12 machines, running Windows. Bandwidth seems reasonable, and the price certainly is, at 50p an hour. Soft drinks are available from a cooler in the video section of the store. Note: smoking is allowed, although the only person I saw doing it when I was there was the guy behind the desk.
