A smallish but very good Fuller's pub in Croydon, about ten minutes' walk from East Croydon Station. Just the usual selection of Fuller's ales, along with sundry lagers, alcopops, spirits, crisps, etc. London Porter was on tap when the pub was last visited, and very tasty it was too.
The pub is popular - we arrived about ten minutes before closing time on a Sunday, and there were only a few free tables. There is a large non-smoking area at the back with dining tables. Food is served until 19:30 Mon-Thurs and at lunchtimes only on Fri-Sun.
Occasional live music.
