[grubstreet] [OT] Wiki recommendations

Slightly off topic but I'd like recommendations for which Wiki to install
for my girlfriend's job. I am going to host one for free for her department
and charge if the whole shop wants to use it.

I use an oldish version of Usemod... but I would prefer something which
stored *all* diffs

I'll also slap a basic_authentication on the wiki so there is one username
and password for accessing the whole Wiki.

I'd also like some way of dumping the whole wiki to other formats... eg XML
if possible.

Suggestions?

Alex
