now has an extra box for "delivers to".  To make an area come up in
that box, create a category called eg "Category Delivers To Streatham"
and put it in the appropriate place on the Category Category page.
Once that's done, to make an establishment come up in a search for
that, add "Category Delivers To Streatham" to its page.
