Usemod is ignoring the second redirect, and converting the # into a 1. My first though was that this is a bug - but I've decided that it's a feature. If Usemod chased down redirects iteratively, someone could easily put the script into a loop - not good. Anyway, I haven't fixed the page yet, so that you can see what happens.
