Yup; it's a screenscraper. New version of the script is up now at http://the.earth.li/~kake/cgi-bin/grubsearch.cgi The main change is that you can now tick a box to search on neighbouring locales as well as your chosen one (and this is the default, since we don't have very many reviews at the moment).
