Willesden Green (and Willesden proper) are in North West London, roughly between Hampstead and Wembley. The tube stop, Willesden Green Station, is on the Jubilee Line, and is just on the edge of zone 2. The area is also served by the [98 bus]?, which runs into the centre of town.
